Taylor had a long day today. She did her usual routine that normally exhausts her however it was made more difficult by the fact that she was unable to talk today. Respritory speculates that there is some secretions that are not allowing her voicebox to function properly. This is making it to where Taylor is unable to talk. Needless to say this is very frustrating for her. Doctors seem to have little concern with it and believe that she will regain her voice very soon once the secretions have cleared. Her appetite continues to improve and she is working hare to take all of her fluids and food orally. She is still excited to be on track for an early May return to her home.

Hi Taylor!

I have a daughter named Makenzie Moore. She is in Mrs. Shockley's class right next door to yours at Emma Wilson. She asks about you all the time. So I check for your updates almost nightly. Makenzie cleared out her piggy bank for you, but don't tell her I said so. ;) When you get back to Chico, I am sure that she would like to be your friend! Please tell your mommy and daddy that if they ever need anything, we are here. You have made so much progress and we are all so proud of how brave you are. Keep up the smiles and the pranks. Smiling can get you through anything.
All our love,
Summer and Makenzie Moore

Hello Taylor-

We can only imagine how frustrated you are with not being able to talk, however, I'm sure its only a matter of time and everything will be much better. We are very glad to hear that you are still working hard on your daily routines, remember this is what will make you strong and keep helping you to move forward. We love to hear that you are still able to eat on your own, I know that probably helps you feel great knowing they don't have to feed you through your tubes as often. We hope you have a great day and keep working hard towards your road to recovery and going home. Lots of love, hugs, kisses, and prayers.

Love-
Andy & Kelli Garica- Colusa

Taylor, It is so good to hear that you are continuing to improve. It has been so long since I've been in touch with Leah that I was gaining concern for you. Thanks God you have such great family and friends to love and support you. You are such a brave strong lady!

All my prayers:
A friend of Leah's- Amy Kolstad (Adle)~

Question for anyone. I do appologize for even asking on Taylor web page. But I need help- Does anyone know how to get a hold of Leah besides her emails and phone numbers- what about Chad or her parents? I am her old roommate and have not heard from her since my wedding on March 16th. I have been calling and calling for the past two weeks. Any information would be great.

Sincerely,
Amy Kosltad (Adle)
