Taylor was in a remarkably cooperative mood today even after staying up all night. She was visited by her nutritionist with concerns about Taylor's diet. They are concerned that she may be losing weight. She has made a deal with them to eat more. Doctors have said that due to her injury she has some abdominal discomfort that is causing her to feel like not eating. Taylor still did her exercises and was visited by occupational and physical therapy. Taylor's family got trained in how to replace her trach today. The training was done on a CPR dummy. Taylor got a great surprise today. Flicka the movie with Tim McGraw went on sale today. She was the first to have it. Hers was purchased for her about 5 minutes after the store opened. She has been waiting for the movie for months. She got it early this afternoon and the nurses later said that it was Flicka marathon day. She has already seen it at least three times. Not only is it her favorite movie but it has her favorite song and video on it which is "My Little Girl" by Tim McGraw.

Hello Taylor-

We are glad to hear that despite not being able to sleep you still had a great day. I guess we have something in common, I love the song "My little Girl" by Tim McGraw. I haven't seen the movie Flicka but I have been wanting to; I guess I will have to go buy it. I only wish that Tim's song, "My little girl" was out when I got married, I think that would have been a wonderful song to have for my father daughter dance (keep that in mind, a dance with your dad). So I guess if we ask you if the movie was good you would probably think we were silly. If the movie wasn't good you wouldn't have watched it three times, right? We are so glad that you were able to make a deal with the doctors about eating healthy. I know how you feel sometimes you just don't feel like eating. You know since I have been pregnant it seems that everytime I eat even just a little I am stuffed and everyone keeps saying you need to eat to make that baby strong. I guess we could make a deal together, you eat healthy each day so that you get stronger and I will eat healthy as well so that your new cousin will get stonger as well. Remember to keep that positive attitude that you have and remain strong. Sweet dreams, and sleep tight. Lots of love, hugs, kisses, and prayers.

Love-

Hello Taylor Honny!

Sorry that I haven't written in a while. Chasey had the flu for 6 days! And she lost weight too. But, now she is making up for it and is eating everything that she can find. Eating healthy foods is what will make you strong. Keep up the good work so that you can prove to those doctors who you really are! We are very proud of you, honny. Keep showing them how strong and determined you are! :)

Lots of Love,
Auntie Shelley
